Six-Channel Oxygen Meter
SI928
Oxygen meter for precision dissolved oxygen measurement that can operate with up to six microcathode oxygen electrodes simultaneously.
Features
- May be used with the complete range of oxygen measurement cells and chambers from Strathkelvin Instruments
- Range of dissolved oxygen and respiration units selectable
- Sophisticated software enables automatic calculation and reporting of respiration rates
Overview
Strathkelvin's SI928 Six-Channel Oxygen Meter allows for up to six dissolved oxygen measurement to be taken simultaneously, resulting in considerable time saving in both respiration experiments and in dissolved oxygen monitoring situations.
It can either act as a stand-alone oxygen meter or be connected to our respirometry and monitoring software on your own PC, which is supplied with all our respirometry research products.
Up to six of our SI1302 Microcathode Electrodes can be connected to the meter. The digital display can be set to read in units of PO2 (torr, mm Hg, kPa) or concentration (% saturation, ppm, mg/l, or µmol/l).
The software is almost identical to the software for the SI782 Dual Channel Oxygen Meter, with the only difference being that you will see up to six traces displayed instead of only up to two. A comprehensive, easy-to-follow instruction manual is supplied, which will be particularly valuable to anyone who is not familiar with respirometry work.
